Slow-Roasted Pork Loin

 
You will need:
 
A crockpot!!
Pork Loin

Salt/Pepper

Garlic Powder

Balsamic Dressing

Brown Sugar
Cook Time: 7-8hrs
 

Step 1: Stab fork holes all over the pork to prep the meat for the cooker

Step 2: Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over the meat.

Step 3: Add 1/2 cup of water to the cooker and set to LO heat.

Step 4: After the meat has cooked for about 5 hours, add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and balsamic dressing to soak into the meat, and remain cooking.
 
Step 5: To cook faster, you can slice smaller pieces for the crockpot. Make sure to keep an eye on the loin during hours 6 and 7, as to not over cook your pork to rubber :)



Very moist, amazingly flavored pork loin! Easy recipe, very little attention required!
